a little about us.

This beautiful farm was purchased as a run-down property with a big old wooden barn that unexpectedly burned down to our devastation. On the hunt to recreate the spectacular beauty, we went searching for an old shearing shed to repurpose. We came across a stunning old shearing shed in Walcha in NSW.

We began the journey of traveling to the shed, pulling down and packing up on trucks and bringing it back home. We slowly started designing and building the new barn. All hand carved wooden slates with the original tin were reused to give the old shed a new makeover. Within the shed is old sheep making stencils to add to the sheds raw authenticity.  

Everything around the barn has been created with second-hand materials and by our family. We have used recycled materials so that we can contribute to cleaning up the planet. By also using old materials we have been able to produce a rustic backdrop that is just gorgeous and suitable for any and every occasion you desire.
